Rose Salinas

Co-Founder


Rose Salinas is a co-founder of and also serves as an Administrator for Shaka Surf Club. She studied Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior at UC Davis and holds degrees in both Biology and Chemistry. Rose is also a former LA County EMT, receiving her certification and training from the UCLA Center for Pre-Hospital Care in 2005. Rose brings a comprehensive background in Child Development, Direct-Patient Care and Managed Healthcare. Working with health insurance company’s such as Cigna and United Healthcare, Rose has supervised a countless number of Health Fairs ranging in up to 1500 participants per event, while managing a staff of up to 56 health care professionals. Although Rose was the go-to person for high profile clientele, it has been her extensive experience in working with clients of various demographics and socio-economic backgrounds in which she gained a unique insight and understanding to the importance of always taking the individuality and multicultural aspect of every client into consideration with the utmost integrity and respect.
